The Madrigal Performances are renaissance themed feasts and festivals performed for more than 1000 people each holiday season. This year’s performances will be Friday, December 10th at 7:00pm, Saturday December 11th at 7:00pm. All will take place in the Plant High School Auditorium. Due to Covid restrictions, we have moved our performances into the PHS Auditorium and will not be serving meals.
Students are dressed as courtiers, peasants, shop girls, and porters with a Royal Court & King and Queen chosen from the Chamber singers. this year’s performance will be a retelling of King Arthur and “A Search for the Holy Grail”. Patrons will be sure to enjoy an amusing theatrical performance including caroling, magic shows, and general gossiping and merriment by the revelers.
Be of good cheer until we meet in the Great Hall!
