Madrigal Dinners

The Madrigal Dinners are renaissance themed feasts and festivals performed for more than 1000 people each holiday season. This year’s performances will be Saturday, December 2nd at noon with a light fare/dessert matinee, and a full dinner show at 7pm. Sunday, December 3rd, the show is at 2 pm with light fare & desserts. Performances are at the beautiful St. Mary’s Episcopal Church Hall at 4311 W. San Miguel Street.

This year, the students will present a version of  “Spamalot: Finding the Holy Grail as well as holiday favorites from our choral ensembles.

Students are dressed as courtiers, peasants, shop girls, and porters with a Royal Court & King and Queen chosen from the Chamber singers.  For the Saturday evening performance, a full dinner is served to all patrons while they enjoy caroling, magic shows, and general gossiping and merriment by the revelers.  For the afternoon performances, light fare & dessert is served rather than dinner.

Be of good cheer until we meet in the Great Hall!
